That why I created this topic

My 1st Puzzle is

You are in the desert and you don’t have anything except a saw and a gold chip which weighs 7g
And You are away from the main road distance 7 km
and you met a man who didn’t mind to take you to the main road but he had a 1 condition and that is .. you have to give him 1g gold for each km
And You agreed .. But you are afraid to give him the entire gold once .. So You have to cut the gold with the saw ..
But the saw cuts the gold twice only .. and you have to give the man 1g gold for each km
